Chef Ron Romanini


Chef Ron Romanini graduated from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in 1986.

Following graduation, Ron immediately traveled to Japan where he hardened his skills for over a year and a half under sushi, washoku, and master chefs. He then went to work for the Princess Hotels in Acapulco, Mexico, Arizona and Bermuda where he mastered gourmet Southwestern and Mexican cuisines.

For the past 11 years, Ron was the Executive Chef at one of Greater Cleveland's finest restaurants.

Ron's recognition as one of Northeast Ohio's best executive chefs has led to every celebrated chef's dream, to bring their cuisine to you under their own name. He has traveled the world and has brought unique dishes right to his table for everyone to enjoy!
